We are building toward our 4th Annual Arequipa Healthcare Conference and Training Symposium on March 18th and 19th in Arequipa City, Peru. This years conference theme is pediatric respiratory illness and will feature a team of U.S. and Peruvian presenters. Our esteem speakers include pediatric pulmonologists, an emergency medicine physician, a pediatric hospitalists, and general pediatricians and family medicine physicians. In addition to a track of training specifically targeting physician providers, we will have a set of nursing workshops and trainings. Once again in 2011, the conference will be accredited by the Peruvian Colleges of Nursing and Medicine, and will offer continuing medical education (CME) and continuing nursing education (CNE) credits for participants. New for 2011, the conference will also be accredited by Catholica University - one of the most prestigious universities in Peru.
